As an environmentally conscious supplier of energy services, we are committed to delivering utilities sustainably. We are focused on continually improving the supply of utilities to Titanic Mill residents.

Electricity

Provided from solar panels on the mill’s roof, via the national grid, and in the event of supply disruption, by a standalone onsite generator.

Heating

Delivered throughout the mill via a modern centralised system, which requires no resident servicing or annual maintenance, thereby saving the costs for each apartment of annual boiler servicing and landlords annual gas certification

Water

Water is approximately one thousand years old and drawn from an aquifer 100 meters below ground. National water ensures supply remains constant in the event of a disruption to the local service. The water from the aquafer is extremely soft and has many of the qualities of mineral water, all delivered straight to your tap.
