Please find details below of new tariffs beginning 01.04.25. All prices below are net of 5% VAT.
We are advised by our independent advisors that the market remains volatile, due to ongoing issues with various countries around the world. Because of this we have taken the decision to lock in the Electricity supply tariff at 0.23547 per KWH for 24 months. The small increase of 0.008p per KWH seemed justified for the security of no further rises for two years for your electricity supply. The Electricity standing charge is slightly changed due to percentage apartment use at 0.21559p per day, a rise of 0.01378p per day. Electricity service charge is now 0.50300p per day.
We are pleased to be able to hold the heat supply tariff as it currently stands. The heat standing charge is slightly changed due to percentage apartment use at 0.02985 a rise of 0.002p per day. The heat service charge is now 0.53700p per day.

The current tariffs for electricity and gas end on the 31.3.25.
We are currently awaiting the best prices to lock in for a further year.We have been advised by our energy consultants that this means awaiting the results of any Ukraine/ Russian peace talks as there is a possibility of current rates falling if there is a favourable outcome. We will inform you on the website and update the tariffs page once we have this information.

The Electricity supply tariff is reducing from 01.04.24
The new blended rate will be £0.22747 per KWh net of 5% VAT.
We have been advised to lock this rate in for a 12 month period, therefore this rate will be in place until 31.03.25.
