Each apartment is provided with individual meters for electricity, heat (hot water) and cold water, which are owned by TMESL and read remotely by Switch2, the billing and metering administrators. A programme to replace all meters to all apartments at the expense of TMESL was commenced in July 2021 and is due for completion by the end of 2022.

All meters are now required to be replaced. If your apartment has not had upgraded meters fitted please book an appointment in with Switch2 on 0333 3212010.

The next meter replacements are scheduled for the 3rd, 4th and 5th October 2022

Register at my.switch2.co.uk to monitor your energy usage and ensure that you are not paying more than necessary by ensuring any estimated meters are replaced.
